I like to run. Running makes me happy. I try my hardest every time. Running is so much more to me than just running. It’s a matter of will and heart, it makes you push yourself. When I run, I run for a purpose, I have a reason to run. It may be I want to beat my fastest time; it might be I want to beat someone else’s time; all I need is a reason. When I run, I run with heart, I run while loving running. If you don’t like running, don’t run.
Some very good tips for running is to stay consistent. Don’t run one day then skip two weeks. (Like me) Create a goal, say I want to run every day for the month and don’t stop. Keep at it, staying consistent will create good habits that you can use in life. This is what I think of running.
